I just had an awesome conversation with my old boss, Terry Rick , from ADT. He is now the owner of 1DueNorth and he is MY Leadership Coach. He taught me so many things about myself that I've been unsure of. He let me know that I helped him when it came to social media. He also let me know that I am a Lender and not a borrower.
